Las Perlas de Gran Pacifica

Arise early in the morning and see the sun ascend from behind the coastal mountain range to the east.

Our Miami based architects have created living spaces that will provide amenities comparable to the best condominium developments in the world but will maintain the architectural flavor of Spanish Colonial Nicaragua. There will be green areas with native trees and flowers on the grounds that will enhance the natural beauty of the coastal setting. All condominiums will be part of our rental pool so you can expect to offset some of your costs to purchase and maintain your condominium. A homeowners association will oversee the maintenance of the common areas.
