Rental Management

The following rates will be charged only to those who are using our monthly management service:

Managing your rental:  Charge – 30% of the rental.

The service includes:

  1. Cleaning before and after the rental
  2. Weekly cleaning for your tenants (more frequent cleaning will be available at an additional cost to the tenant)
  3. Taking reservations and communicating with the client
  4. Securing a deposit and confirmation for the rental
  5. Collecting damage deposit at check-in
  6. Meeting and greeting the client
  7. Checking the home before and after each client
  8. Dispersing any commission for client referral to any third party (to be paid by home owner)

We take a beginning inventory, and check that inventory at the end of the client's visit. If there are any damaged or missing items we will take care of repair or replacement and the cost will be deducted from the client's damage deposit.

Charges to those not using our monthly property management services

For home owners not using our monthly property management services, standard fees will apply i.e., opening and closing charges.

In all cases, where the home owner is not present, PCS will collect rental management fees on posted rental rates.
