We are pleased to introduce Pacifica Concierge Service, created to make your home building process easier and help protect your investment in Gran Pacifica.

Pacifica Concierge Services (PC Services) was created in cooperation with Gran Pacifica, and we will be partners in this important activity.

Some of the services we will be providing include:

• Peace of Mind Building Inspection Service with ongoing communication to you during your home building process.
• Property Management Services including interior and exterior property maintenance.
• Rental management, if you wish to have your property occupied by vacationers or friends and family, we will take care of scheduling and stocking as well as clean-up.
• Concierge services such as airport pickup, refrigerator stocking and other homeowner and guest services.

We are investors in Gran Pacifica and will be building a home. We have owned and operated a home inspection company in the Seattle area for the last 12 years and have recently sold it to pursue opportunities in Nicaragua.
